WUT’s students attended the Career Services Workshops in association with Manpower, Asia’s top recruitment firm, on April 6th at Cha-am campus and April 26th 2013 at Bangkok Graduate center.
Football and basketball teams competed against our friends from Stamford International University. A variety of traditional culinary treats were then available at student run shops.
The celebration of the amazing Thai holiday “Wan Songkran” took place on the April 10th on the main campus. It included the visit of Buddhist monks as well as a Thai traditional performance.
Thailand is a sensory experience, even in extreme April heat. The March 23 excursion to the Rama 6 palace and to Phetchaburi was a long and rewarding day for Webester students.
WUT students went to Phung Nga to camp, snorkel and relax during the annual spring break. Two staff and one faculty member helped 40 students clean the beach and release turtles.
The Second Webster Conference for Teachers of English, sponsored by the WUT Arts and Sciences Department, was held on November 2nd and 3rd on the WUT campus.
