Major in International Business
The major in International Business prepares students with the requisite knowledge and skills for professional success in the global business environment. It provides a foundation in the principles of business, marketing and accounting with an in-depth focus on global business. The curriculum covers Global competitive strategies, management and issues related to international law, marketing, finance and International Trade and Finance. Students are prepared for career opportunities in both private and public economic sectors, including domestic and global corporations; federal, state and local governments; and not-for-profit, nongovernmental and intergovernmental domestic and international organizations and institutions.
